Descriptionof the job:

  •         Help-Desk Support within a specialised team of consultants for the company's clients
  •         Ongoing training for clients in using DMS Quiter Auto Web
  •         Implantation of DMS Quiter Auto Web for new clients
  •         Provision of consultancy services for better management of the business processes through DMS Quiter Auto Web


Requirements for the candidate:

  •         Minimum academic level:  University degree - Advanced Professional Training in Computing or Business Administration
  •         Advanced knowledge of the management processes at a motor sector dealer
  •         Preferably with experience in using DMS Quiter Auto Web at user level.
  •         Knowledge of using other DMSs is an advantage.
  •         Administrative/accounting knowledge of the dealer's business
  •         Knowledge of Windows at user level
  •         Communicative and training abilities with end users
  •         Capacity to work on a team
  •         Medium-high level of English
  •         National and international mobility and availability for foreign travel
